Vehicle safety inspection
A vehicle safety inspection is a hands-on check of the parts that matter most for safe driving. We look over things like the brakes, tires, suspension and fluids, and tell you what we find. This is our own shop inspection to help you understand the car. It is not an official or state inspection program.
Before a road trip
A long drive is a bad time to find out the tires are worn or the brakes are tired. Bringing the car in before you leave gives you a chance to fix small problems on your schedule instead of on the side of the highway. It is especially worth doing if the car has been sitting, or if you will be driving in summer heat with a full load.
Buying a used car
Before you commit to a used car, it helps to have a mechanic look it over. An inspection can point out worn parts, leaks or repairs you may want to factor in. If the seller allows it, bring the car here, or call us to talk about what to check. We inspect all makes and models, including Mercedes-Benz.
Good times to get an inspection
- Before a long road trip or a drive out of town
- Before buying a used car
- After a car has been sitting unused for a while
- When you have noticed a new noise, vibration or pull
- When you simply want to know where your car stands
Tell us what you are planning and we will go over the car with that in mind. Call (954) 454-6020 or stop by Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
